Nvidia驱动负优化与GTX1070的测试

测试日期：2021/10/6

在DirectX12的软件和深度学习上，老驱动和新驱动差别很小。
3dmark11 忘记测了，懒的搞了，搞了大半天，累死了。

因为看到 https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1nQ4y1r7u3
这个视频说，老驱动可以提升30%的性能，白嫖的30%性能谁不爱啊。
然而。。。白搞了。。。
