摘 要：截至2020年末，我國公路养护总里程达到了514.40万公里，公路养护规模大，但是养护资金不足。如何合理编制养护决策，充分利用养护资金？其关键和前提是科学进行公路技术状况评定。本文结合公路技术状况检测与评定的实际工作，对《公路技术状况评定标准》（JTG 5210-2018）应用中存在的几个问题进行探讨。

Discussion on Several Questions about Inspection and evaluation of Highway Technical Condition

Abstract：Up to the end of 2020， the total mileage of road maintenance in China has reached 5，144，400 kilometers. The scale of road maintenance is large， but the maintenance funds are insufficient. How to make reasonable maintenance decisions and make full use of maintenance funds？ The key and prerequisite are to scientifically evaluate the state of highway technology. In this paper， combined with the actual work of highway technical condition detection and assessment， several problems existing in the application of "Highway Technical Condition Assessment Standard" （JTG 5210-2018） are discussed.
