摘 要：本文主要介紹轮辋刚度对整车NVH的影响，通过竞品数据对轮辋尺寸大小、重量及刚度关系进行分析，并对多组轮辋设计方案进行有限元分析，总结出有效提升车轮设计刚度并实现最大程度轻量化的设计方法。

Research on the Relationship of the Vehicle Rim Lightweight and Stiffness Design

Abstract：This paper mainly introduces rim stiffness influence on vehicle NVH. Through the analysis of the relationship of rim size， weight and stiffness， the finite element analysis was carried out on the design of multiple sets of rim， and the article summed up the design method to improve the wheel stiffness effectively and to realize the lightweight design method to the greatest extent.
